Full Professor in Mathematical Analysis at University of Catania since 2007. Teaching activity for Computer Science - Pure Mathematics Students. Teaching also in "Scuola Superiore di Catania". Research on about Partial diferential equations, especially regularity topics, Morrey spaces and integral operators acting between them. He has been member of the Mathematical Science Research Institute (MSRI) - Berkeley. He is member of the "Unione Matematica Italiana (UMI)".

Degree in Pure Mathematics at University of Catania November 18th 1986 110/110 cum laude. 

Indam grant holder, attends courses at several universities Prague, Rome,Perugia e la scuola normale superiore (Cortona). PhD student at the universities of Catania-Messina-Palermo and obtains the PhD in Mathematics in 1992. 

Winner of the prize ``G. Iapichino" by Accademia Nazionale dei Lincei for Mathematical Analysis.

Delivers several seminars and talks at several universities. Among them: Philadelphia, Berkeley, Dayton, Pittsburgh, Madrid, KAUST, American University of Beirut, Arab Beirut University, Tokyo Metropolitan University, Chuo University, University of Kyoto, Bandung Institute of Technology and in Italy Trento, Trieste, Milano, L'Aquila, Pisa, Padova, Bologna, Modena, Firenze, Urbino, Napoli, Salerno, Messina.
